The Kawasaki RIDGE CREW HVAC combines six-passenger seating with a 999cc inline four-cylinder engine, selectable 4WD, long-travel suspension and a fully enclosed cab with heating and air conditioning. It is designed to carry the whole group while adding comfort and protection from changing weather.
The RIDGE CREW uses an automatic CVT, electric power steering and selectable 4WD, but it is still a powerful off-road vehicle producing 116 horsepower. Before you leave, we go over the controls, operating procedures, trail information and important driving basics so you understand the machine and the route you plan to ride.
The Kawasaki RIDGE CREW is designed to carry up to six people. Its two-row seating configuration gives families and larger groups the ability to explore together in one side-by-side.
The Kawasaki RIDGE CREW HVAC produces 116 horsepower from its 999cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, DOHC, four-valve, inline four-cylinder engine. Kawasaki lists maximum horsepower at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque at 73.8 lb-ft at 8,000 rpm.
The RIDGE CREW has selectable 4WD with locking front and rear differentials, 30-inch tires, 12.7 inches of front and rear wheel travel and 14.4 inches of ground clearance. Those features give the machine useful traction, suspension travel and clearance for navigating challenging off-road terrain around Moab. Always follow trail signs, closures and current route requirements.
Your rental includes the equipment and support provided with your Moab Tour Company rental, including helmets, trail maps, trail support, fueling and washing. We also provide information to help you understand the machine and plan your ride before heading out.
The renter must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Before operating the Kawasaki RIDGE CREW, every driver should understand the rental requirements and operating rules provided by Moab Tour Company.
A $2,000 damage authorization is required for the rental. A damage waiver is available that can reduce your financial responsibility for covered damage. Please review the current rental agreement and waiver details before your rental.
Contact Moab Tour Company if you have a mechanical problem, flat tire or other rental-related issue while riding. Our trail support can assist when possible. With the applicable damage waiver, one tire or belt is covered with a $50 deductible rather than the standard repair responsibility.

No. Off-highway vehicles including UTVs and side-by-sides are not permitted on the designated motorized roads and trails within Arches National Park or Canyonlands National Park. There are many public BLM roads and OHV trails surrounding Moab where UTVs are permitted. Always follow current signs, closures and trail regulations.
Yes. The Kawasaki RIDGE CREW HVAC features a full-cab enclosure with HVAC. The enclosed cab and climate-control system help keep the interior more comfortable during both hot summer days and colder Moab weather.
