Hell’s Revenge is one of the most well known off road trails in Moab or the World for that matter. The trail crosses the sandstone fins and domes of the Sand Flats area, giving you a mix of steep climbs, rolling slickrock and incredible views. The Navajo Sandstone can provide excellent traction similar to 80 grit sandpaper which allowing UTVs to climb some surprisingly steep sections of the trail with ease. What makes a Hell’s Revenge UTV tour special is the way the trail combines the adventure of driving with all this incredible scenery. You are not simply riding through the desert on a dirt road, you're behind the wheel, driving across the sandstone and feeling the UTV move with the changing terrain. As you reach the top of some of these sand stone hills the views open up across the Moab Valley, red rock and the La Sal Mountains. The landscape changes constantly, so there is always something new to see. Hell’s Revenge also has a long history as one of Moab’s favorite off road trails. Its famous sandstone terrain and dramatic views have made it a bucket list experience for people looking for a true Moab UTV adventure with thrills and excitement around every turn.

Fins & Things offers a less intimidating ride from Hell's Revenge giving you a chance to fine tune your skills before heading out on Hell's Revenge. The trail travels through the sandstone landscape with long rock fins, rounded domes and what is mention more often "fun rolling sand sections" making fins & Things it's own kind of fun. The sandstone fins were formed over millions of years as erosion shaped the ancient rock. Today, these formations are one of the features that make Moab’s red rock landscape so recognizable. The trail also provides many similar views of Hell's Revenge toward the La Sal Mountains and the surrounding desert. Fins & Things is not simply an easier version of Hell’s Revenge. It has its own character and gives you a different way to experience Moab’s famous sandstone. While Hell’s Revenge is known for its dramatic terrain and big moments, Fins & Things lets you explore more of the natural landscape and see how the sandstone formations change throughout the trail.

Moab holds a secret that goes back much farther than off road driving. Dinosaurs once walked across this area, and some of their footprints are still preserved to this today. Near the Hell’s Revenge trailhead there is a dinosaur tracksite where more than 50 dinosaur footprints can be found in the rock. The tracks are roughly 190 million years old and provide a glimpse into the animals that lived here during the Jurassic period. This also adds another part to the UTV tour where you are not only exploring Hell's Revenge, you are traveling through a landscape that has been changing for millions of years and still contains evidence of the animals that lived here long before people arrived.
